The Pimple Patches are fully waterproof, so you can shower or sleep in them.

No, Stryx products are formulated to avoid clogging pores. The Tinted Moisturizer also contains a small amount of salicylic acid, which can help with acne. Note: our products haven't been clinically tested, and everyone's skin reacts differently — results may vary depending on your skin type and sensitivity.

Once an order is placed, it can't be changed or canceled. We begin processing orders right away, and once they reach our warehouse, our team works to get them out to you as quickly as possible. If you'd like a refund instead, see our returns policy below.

You'll get a tracking email once your order is placed, and another once it ships. After shipping, allow 24–48 hours for tracking to show movement — orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. If you don't receive a confirmation email after ordering, reach out to us at Contact us.

Return for a refund

We accept returns for a refund on U.S. and Canada orders postmarked within 30 days of the original order date. Start your return through our Returns Portal.

Customers who opted into Checkout+ get free returns; those who opted out are responsible for return shipping costs.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or marks may not be eligible.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If a gift card was used at checkout, the refund is applied to the gift card first. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Checkout+ was selected.

Damaged products

Products can occasionally be damaged in transit. We package everything carefully, but can't control what happens after it leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at Contact us.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $35 within the contiguous United States.

Yes, we ship to customers around the world. Most international orders are delivered via FedEx International Connect Plus and typically arrive within 6–10 business days.

All applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are calculated and included in your total at checkout — nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so the price you see is the price you pay, no surprise charges at the door.

We recommend including your phone number with your shipping address in case the carrier needs to reach you about delivery.

Shipment delays

We know delays are frustrating. Once an order leaves our warehouse, transit time is in the carrier's hands — weather, customs, or carrier-side issues can occasionally push delivery past the estimated window. For specific delivery questions, the shipping carrier will have the most up-to-date info (final-mile delivery for standard U.S. shipping is USPS).

Stolen items

If your order was marked delivered but you believe it was stolen, please file a claim at app.monkprotect.com/login.

Incorrect address given at checkout

If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, we're not able to cover reshipping costs. Try contacting USPS or the carrier directly to update the address. If the order is returned to us, we can reship it for $6.95.

Order not delivered

Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives — give it a day or two. If it still hasn't shown up, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier confirms delivery to your address, we're unable to issue a refund for a missing package; you can file a claim at app.monkprotect.com/login.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (processing time doesn't count as shipping time). Weekends and holidays aren't counted as business days. Orders placed after 2PM EST won't begin processing until the next business day — for example, an order placed Monday after 2PM would start processing Tuesday, making Wednesday day one. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
