Your order can be cancelled or the address provided can be changed if the warehouse has not begun processing it. We try to move as quickly as possible, so orders will usually start processing within 1 hour of being placed. Once your order reaches our warehouse, our employees work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. If you contact us outside of business hours (Mon—Fri, 9 a.m.—5 p.m. EST), your order will most likely begin processing before we can get back to you. This makes cancelling or changing an order rather difficult.

We work hard to make sure you get your order as quickly and as safely as possible. We typically process all orders within 24 (business) hours. During various holiday seasons please allow for a little bit more time to process all orders.

Sometimes, products can be damaged during the shipping process. We do as much as we can to secure our products in protective packaging. We cannot control what happens to your package once it leaves our facilities. If your order arrives damaged, please send us an image of the damaged item(s). We will file a claim with the carrier and refund you or resend your product. This may take up to 7 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on orders if we feel you might be abusing the return policy.

Incorrect Address Given At Checkout
Sadly, if an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for the shipping costs. Once the order is returned to us, we can reship it for a small cost on new shipping charges.
If the carrier scans and confirms delivery of your package to your address, we cannot issue a refund for a missing package.
Order Not Delivered
Carriers will sometimes mark a package as delivered when it is still in transit. Please give them a little time. If you do not receive your package within a couple days, please contact the carrier with your tracking information. You can reach out to us as well, and we will do all we can to assist.
